A first look at your
China care budget.
Choose your route, stay and a medical service. See a starting budget built from published references, then make it your own.
Round-trip flights, a hotel stay and a selected medical service, with every reference in view.
Enable JavaScript for the quick estimate. This tool combines dated public references with your planned stay length. You can also use the custom budget worksheet with your own prices. The method and limits are explained below.
The references behind
your estimate.
Each reference belongs to a specific route, hotel category or medical service. Use the conditions and reference dates to judge how closely it matches your visit.
Choose your options above to see the selected sources. No matched source means that cost stays unpriced.
Flight references can be advertised “from” fares for a different itinerary. Hotel figures can be historical category averages rather than rates at an available hotel. Medical figures cover only the named service and may exclude additional tests, medicines or treatment. Your chosen dates do not reprice these references, and a missing price is never treated as a free service.
Know the scope.
Then adjust the details.
The quick estimate helps you start without collecting every quote. The custom budget lets you replace each starting amount as your plans take shape.

Return fare × travelers, plus hotel nightly reference × rooms × nights, plus the selected medical service, meals × travelers × days, and local transport × days. A reserve is added only when you choose one. One medical service is counted once for the patient. Daily spending includes both arrival and departure days.
Will my dates produce current travel prices?
No. Your check-in and check-out dates determine nights and daily allowances. Published fares and hotel references retain the dates, data period and conditions shown in their source cards. They do not become quotes for your selected dates. Enter your own fare or refine the result with current booking prices.
Do government medical tariffs estimate treatment for a disease?
A published tariff can price one named service, or specify a maximum charge within its stated scope. It does not establish the tests, medicines, procedures or length of stay an individual needs. Public hospital standard charges can also differ from international or private department pricing. Ask your chosen hospital for an itemized quote.
Why might an item be unpriced?
Coverage is intentionally limited to references that have a source and match your choices. Unsupported routes, hotel categories or medical services remain unpriced. Expired references are not used. A subtotal with missing items is not a complete trip budget.
Is the result a minimum or maximum cost?
No. Historical averages and advertised starting fares do not establish the price of your own journey. If any reference has no upper amount, the tool shows that an upper budget is not established. Even a displayed reference range applies only to the selected scope. Extra treatment, changed fares, longer stays, visa fees, insurance, interpreting and exchange fees may add costs.
What happens when I refine or print?
Refining moves the starting amounts and their source descriptions into the custom worksheet in this browser tab. An advertised starting fare or historical reference becomes an editable planning amount, not a guaranteed quote. The transfer is cleared when the worksheet reads it. Entered amounts and medical choices are not added to the address, saved in browser storage or included in usage analytics. Printing uses your browser’s print or save-as-PDF feature.
