Information you provide
The needs form collects your email, current country or region, travel situation and question. You may optionally add a name, destination, time frame and topics. We also record the referring page, limited campaign labels and the version of the contact notice you accepted. We do not accept attachments.
Why we use it
We use these details to understand and answer your question, maintain a contact record and prevent duplicate or abusive submissions. Your message is not published. We do not subscribe you to marketing or forward your information to a hospital or service partner by default. Any proposed referral will require a separate agreement.
Access and hosting
Authorized website operators can read inquiries. The website is hosted on a server in the United States and uses Cloudflare to deliver and protect the site. A minimal operational notification may be sent to our inbox; it does not include your question text. Infrastructure providers may process connection information needed to operate their services.
Retention and deletion
Inquiry records are retained for up to 180 days from submission. Records marked as spam are scheduled for removal within 30 days or the original expiry, whichever is earlier. Contact history is removed with the inquiry. Restricted backups expire after 14 days. Deletion records are reapplied when restoring backups so that erased inquiries are not restored to use. Server access logs use a separate 14-day operational retention.
Cookies and measurement
Essential session cookies keep the needs form and submission receipt working and protect against forgery. We do not send names, email addresses or question text to website analytics. We keep daily aggregate page and interaction counts for up to 90 days, grouped by page or content category, without storing visitor identifiers or individual browsing histories in these measurements.
